Thanks to our generous sponsors. Without their financial support this event would not be possible. Some of our sponsors even sent volunteers to work at the event which brings me to the volunteers. Their tireless work behind the scenes keeps the event rolling smooth. The volunteers are somewhat like the pit crew at an auto race. Thanks to the judges who invested their time to ensure the competition was professional and successful. Thanks to the 20 competitors who gave their all in front of a pretty decent size crowd. It takes guts to do this.

As I said at the end of the event, it was most encouraging to see the level of competition and the number of people involved. As a company, we have been working hard to build a coffee community in Texas and this event is the first step towards realizing that dream. Let's keep the momentum and see you next year!
