Cuvee Coffee Roasting Company is proud to once again host the (second annual) South Central Regional Barista Competition.  We are also very happy to include the Southwest Regional Barista Competition with our event.

Since 1998, Cuvee Coffee Roasting Company has had a very simple philosophy. Source the very best coffees, roast them with precision and care and deliver them fresh to each and every customer. Since our humble beginnings we have grown considerably, but kept that philosophy. This has helped to firmly establish Cuvee Coffee as the premier specialty coffee roaster in Texas.

Our commitment to the specialty coffee industry is evident in our activities and contributions. The company has always been a member of the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) and volunteers countless hours each year. Our team includes members of the SCAA Roasters Guild and Barista Guild. Mike McKim sits on the SCAA Roasters Guild Executive Council, Dan Streetman is on the United States Barista Championship (USBC) committee and is a USBC certified judge and Clancy Rose is an accomplished competition barista as well as a very talented coffee roaster.

Our contributions also include hosting the South Central Regional Barista Competition. It is truly an honor to participate in this event and continue to lead the growth of specialty coffee in the South Central Region.
