Mahlkonig's ON-DEMAND Espresso Grinder gives your customer the freshest cup of espresso and eliminates coffee waste by grinding only the portion you need, when you need it. Each shot is ground on demand to eliminate the use of pre ground, stale coffee. The shot time is electronically controlled to maintain dosing consistency.
