    WHAT WE WILL COVER

    The other major factor to espresso prep.

    We’ll learn basic mixology of milk-and-espresso drinks, milk’s makeup, and how to properly steam it for the best-tasting, quality milk.

    Latte art is not emphasized in this class, as this is more aimed at properly and safely preparing milk to be combined with espresso.

    ITEMS TO BRING FOR CLASS

    Notes will be provided by the instructor. We encourage you to bring a notebook and pen for additional note taking! 

    There will be unlimited free coffee availabe, so be sure to eat a hearty breakfast!
