Mezzanotte or Midnight Roast is balanced blend of coffees from Central and South America that are roasted slightly deeper than the Toscano. The end result is a coffee with plenty of body and a slight smoky character. We hesitate to call this a "dark roast" because it lacks that ashy aftertaste associated with most dark roast coffees. Mezzanotte is, however, our darkest offering.
